Claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are handled in line with Inkthreadable fulfilment and replacement process.
1. Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
This timeframe mirrors Inkthreadable’s claims window and allows us to submit a claim on your behalf.
