6. Returns & Refunds (UK Consumer Rights)

- They are personalised or custom-made

7. International Orders & Shipping

a) Made-to-Order Products
Some or all No Holds Barred Pod merchandise is produced using print-on-demand services.
This means items are made specifically to order once a purchase is placed.
As a result:
- Products may be shipped directly from third-party fulfilment partners
- Dispatch times may vary depending on product type and destination
b) Print Variations
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production:
- Minor variations in colour, size, or print placement may occur
- These variations are considered normal and do not constitute a fault
c) Returns & POD Items
Because print-on-demand items are made to order:
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
- This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
d) Third-Party Fulfilment
We use trusted third-party fulfilment providers to manufacture and ship print-on-demand merchandise.
While fulfilment is handled externally:
- We remain your point of contact
- Your consumer rights remain protected under UK law
9. International Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
For international customers, rights may vary depending on your country of residence, but UK law will apply to contracts formed via our website.
10. WooCommerce Orders & Checkout
All merchandise purchases are processed via our WooCommerce checkout system.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All billing and delivery information provided is accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method supplied
- You have reviewed your order details before submitting
Order confirmation emails are generated automatically by WooCommerce and do not guarantee acceptance of an order if errors or issues are identified.

12. International Shipping (WooCommerce)
a) Customs & Import Charges

a) Made-to-Order Items
Some or all merchandise sold via our WooCommerce store is produced using print-on-demand services.
This means:
- Items are manufactured only after an order is placed
- Orders may ship directly from third-party fulfilment partners
- Production begins shortly after checkout and payment confirmation
b) Variations & Product Images
Product images are mock-ups for illustration purposes.
Due to the nature of print-on-demand:
- Minor variations in colour, fabric, sizing, or print placement may occur
- Such variations do not constitute a defect
c) Returns & POD Items (Important)
Because print-on-demand items are made specifically to order:
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
- This includes ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
d) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered where applicable.
14. Third-Party Fulfilment & Responsibility
We use third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment providers to manufacture and ship merchandise.
While fulfilment is outsourced:
- We remain the seller of record
- We remain responsible for customer service and statutory consumer rights
- Personal data is shared only as necessary to fulfil orders, in line with our Privacy Policy
15. Order Cancellation
Orders for print-on-demand items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
WooCommerce order status updates (e.g. “Processing”, “Completed”) reflect backend workflows and may not indicate whether production has started.
16. Governing Law (WooCommerce Orders)
All purchases made via our WooCommerce store are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of the customer’s location.
17. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days
- We will offer a replacement or refund
- Return postage will be covered by us where applicable
Your statutory rights are not affected.
