This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all merchandise purchased from the No Holds Barred Pod website.

We use print-on-demand services (via Printful), which means most items are produced specifically to order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Items

Most No Holds Barred Pod merchandise is made to order once a purchase is placed.

Because of this:

  • Items are not held in stock
  • Production begins shortly after checkout
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour or design
  • Deciding you no longer want the item after purchase

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Where the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including original delivery costs where applicable)

Return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered.

3. Sizing & Product Variations

All product images are mock-ups provided for illustrative purposes.

Due to print-on-demand production:

  • Minor variations in colour, fabric texture, sizing, or print placement may occur
  • These are considered normal and do not constitute a fault

We strongly recommend checking sizing guides carefully before ordering.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty:

  • Print-on-demand items made to order
  • Personalised or custom products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

5. International Returns & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by customs authorities

If an item is returned due to refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address details, we reserve the right to deduct production and shipping costs from any refund, or to decline a refund where goods cannot be recovered.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders for print-on-demand merchandise cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Because production starts shortly after checkout, cancellation requests may not be possible even if submitted soon after ordering.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 14 days of confirmation

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Printful Claims Process (Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

We use Printful as our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.
Claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are handled in line with Printful’s fulfilment and replacement process.

1. Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.

This timeframe mirrors Printful’s claims window and allows us to submit a claim on your behalf.

2. Information Required for a Claim

To submit a claim, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence, including:
    • The full item
    • Close-ups clearly showing the defect, damage, or error
    • Packaging (if damage occurred during shipping)

Incomplete claims or claims without photographs may be rejected by the fulfilment provider.

3. Eligible Claims

Claims may be accepted for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors
  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items or designs supplied

If Printful confirms the issue:

  • A replacement will usually be issued, or
  • A refund will be provided where replacement is not possible

4. Claims That Are Not Accepted

In line with Printful’s policy, the following are not considered faults:

  • Minor colour variations between screen displays and printed items
  • Slight differences in print placement or alignment
  • Size discrepancies within standard manufacturing tolerances
  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

These do not qualify for replacement or refund.

Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit and confirmed as such by the courier:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund

Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier but reported missing may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Print-on-demand items are not returned to us or to Printful, unless explicitly requested as part of an approved claim.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour or design preference changes

Please refer carefully to sizing guides before placing an order.

Order Cancellations (Printful Production)

Once an order has entered production with Printful:

  • It cannot be cancelled
  • It cannot be modified or redirected

Because production begins shortly after checkout, cancellation requests may not be possible even if made soon after ordering.

Refund Timing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing occurs within 14 days of claim approval
  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card provider

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
